1. Scope of this Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased for eCaseDiary unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Subscription plans and billing context
Current plans may include monthly (Rs149) and yearly (Rs999), subject to taxes and pricing updates.
3. 10-day refund window
You may request a refund within the first 10 calendar days of usage for newly activated paid subscriptions.
No refund is provided after 10 days of usage, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded and correction of duplicate or erroneous charges.
4. When refunds are not available
- Request after the refund window.
- Change of preference after meaningful use.
- Account suspension for breach, abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
- Issues outside our reasonable control, unless required by law.
5. Cancellation and expiry
You may cancel future access or choose not to renew. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
