1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eCaseDiary, including the public website, subscription application, demo environment, dashboards, notifications, case diary tools and related services. By using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of the Service

The Service is designed for advocates, law firms and authorized staff to record and manage legal matters, hearing schedules, next dates, comments, reminders and client contact data.

3. Eligibility and intended use

You may use the Service only if legally capable of entering a binding contract and only for lawful professional use.

4. Account registration and security

You are responsible for accurate registration details, confidentiality of credentials, and prompt reporting of suspicious activity.

5. Case data, client data and professional responsibility

You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited right to host/process it to provide and secure the Service. You remain responsible for lawful authority and accuracy of uploaded records.

6. Subscription plans, billing and account validity

Paid access may include monthly and yearly plans. Prices may change prospectively. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use restrictions

You must not abuse the Service, upload malicious code, violate laws, or bypass security/subscription controls.

8. Availability, notifications and disclaimers

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You must independently verify court listings and legal deadlines.

9. Intellectual property

Product software, design and branding remain our intellectual property, except User Data you provide.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for expiry, non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, or Terms violations.

11. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and liability is limited as set out in applicable law and contract.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
